Kennewick, WA to Corvallis, MT

Kennewick, WA to Corvallis, MT
August 26 - 31, 2019

On Monday, August 26 we left Kennewick and drove through Idaho to Missoula, Montana.

We stayed at Jim and Mary's RV Park.  It's a beautiful park with large sites, lots of grass and flowers.  Very nice people too.

On Tuesday, August 27 we went to the National Bison Range.  It was a really pretty drive.  We saw bison, pronghorn, and deer.

The views were so beautiful.  I love this part of our country.

This pile of antlers was pretty impressive.  Deer and elk antlers are shed every year.  These are some that were picked up around the range.  It looks like there is room for more.

On Wednesday, August 28 we drove to Corvallis, just north of Hamilton, to visit with Don and Cathy.  Don and John were grade school friends and neighbors.  It's been fun listening to them share memories.
Fortunately for us they have a cement pad, water and electric hookups.  It's been really nice as it's been up to the 90s during the day and it would have been pretty miserable without the air conditioning.

Tomorrow we will be...

Roving on...
